Williamson Music Co is known as a quality source for instruments, accessories, rentals and repairs for both band and orchestra. We are happy to have you as an online customer. With our online access, you will be able to set up a web account which will link to your store account. Once your setup is complete, you will be able to shop online, view your customer history, reprint invoices and make payments for rentals and repair. It is just another way to make doing business with WMC easy and convenient.
First, you will need to set up your web account:
1. Click "MY ACCOUNT" on the top toolbar.
2. Choose "CREATE NEW WEB ACCOUNT"
3. Complete the requested information.
Once you have established your web account, your web account will need to be linked to your rental/store account by following the steps below:
1. Click "MY ACCOUNT" on the top toolbar.
2. Choose "LINK WEB AND STORE ACCOUNT"
3. Complete the requested information.
Once the link request has been submitted, please wait for up to 48 hours for the online account to be matched to your store account. If the request is sent on the weekend, it will be Monday before it is set up. Once the link has been created, you will be able to have full access to the history of your store accounts from the comfort of your Internet connection.
